Michael Edmonds
Born Dorset

At the age of eighteen Michael Edmonds worked as an underground worker in the South Wales Coalfield. In 1947 he entered the School of Architecture at Bristol, qualifying in 1953. Michael is a former Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. Leaving the Department of Architecture and Civic Design of the Greater London Council, he moved to Wales in 1984.
Co-Founder of the 56 Group Wales.

Michael Edmonds has exhibited in Wales and in the UK : Royal Academy London, Redfern Gallery, NationalMuseum of Wales, he has also exhibited in the USA.
